What Does The Audi P1213 Code Mean?

Key on or engine running, fuses in the instrument panel and the E-box in the engine compartment must be functioning, and the ground connections between the engine ad the chassis must be well connected; and the ECM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the injector circuit. Wiring or fuel injector has a short circuit to positive supply.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Audi P1213 Code?

  • Injector control circuit is open
  • Injector power circuit (B+) is open
  • Injector control circuit is shorted to chassis ground
  • Injector is damaged or has failed
  • ECM is not connected or has failed
  • Fuel pump relay has failed
