What Does The Ford B1342 Code Mean?

The car may exhibit no satellite reception with SAT FAULT displayed in the ACM, and a DTC B1342 set in the SDARS module.

How Can You Fix The Ford B1342 Code?

  • Refer to test procedures Section 419 of the Workshop Manual.
  • Replace the PCM. Follow the correct procedures to “flash” new PCM. Then recheck the system for trouble codes.
